found my camera

All right! First off: I got my acceptance letter from UCA! I’m officially a graduate student. In two and a half years, I’ll be eligible to become an LPE, or Licensed Psychological Examiner. I know what classes I’ll be taking this fall.. but I don’t know when they start. I can’t find the date on the UCA academic calendar. … yeah. Anyways.

Since I found my camera, I was looking through it. I found some pictures I meant to post a long time ago.. but I lost my camera. Anyways, here’s a photograph of my friend AJ with his awesome beard.

Sadly, he had to shave it off the next day, to go job hunting. In most kinds of hunting, beards are helpful. In average job hunting, they tend to be harmful. So the seven and a half month beard is gone. Sad day. However, if you visit his site, you can see a video of him shaving it. Pretty fricking sweet.

The next day, I got to hang out with my bud, Ali, before she moved to Tejas with her hubsand, Zachary. We had fun eating Push Pops and making weird faces.

Ali’s super cool. Anyways, I think that’s about it right now.

Oh, except I was up late Thursday night watching and rewatching the SNL Digital Short “Daquiri Girl” (see post, click link) and thinking a lot about how awesome Andy Samberg is. And so I looked through my old pictures from the holidays last year and found this one of Andy and me at Thanksgiving:

Had a great time carving turkey with a big ham. Oh, yeah.

And then there’s one more from my camera: a new apron! That’s right. Marcy Drake strikes again. It’s a solid red apron with yellow checked trim and ties, with a cool umbrella flower stitched in the bottom corner. Like? Visit my etsy; it’ll soon be for sale!

Okay, I think that’s about it for now. Thanks. Click all the clickables. Ciao, prieteni! (Romanian for Bye, friends)

  1. Ooooh! I lub the apron. It is a beautiful tangible. I really like the flower especially. I am so proud of you going back for your masters! Whoot whoot! How many hours do you have to take your first semester?

  2. I forgot to tell you congrats on the acceptance letter. You should celebrate by throwing water balloons at incoming freshmen.
